Greetings!

My name is Kim Houser and I am the instructor for the agricultural education classes as well as the 7th Grade Exploring Agriculture class. In addition to serving as the advisor of the Wisconsin Heights FFA Chapter, I am the prom advisor and the co-advisor to the Senior Class.

I studied Agricultural Education at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls and graduated in 1998 and taught for 1 year in Stevens Point before arriving at Wisconsin Heights. I am an active member of the Wisconsin Association of Agricultural Educators (WAAE) and had the opportunity to serve the organization as President of the board in 2012-2013. In my spare time I love to travel (a trip to South Africa and Wyoming are in my top 5), shoot archery, go to as many movies as possible and am often seen taking in a Broadway Show at the Overture Center.

I have two crazy cats, Cleo and Mikey and have a million stories that I love to share about them in and outside of the classroom. I have an adorable nephew and an amazing niece and love to spend as much time with them as possible. I hope you get a chance to stop by my classroom and check out the Agricultural wing (especially the Greenhouse) and say hello!
